How we use it
To operate bookings and payments, verify identities before a first booking or listing, process payouts and refunds, send trip and account notifications, and improve the product.
Storage & access
Identity documents and vehicle documents are stored privately and accessible only to you and Cruzy staff reviewing your verification. Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay — Cruzy never stores your card or bank details.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your account. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact our support team.
